How to Read the Gospels in 30 Days

Are you looking to challenge yourself by reading the gospels in one month?

Desiring to spend more time in God’s Word?

Maybe you’re searching for an easy bible reading plan to follow, like I was?

You may have found what you’ve been looking for!

By following the outline below, you’ll become greatly familiar with the events and truths in the gospels. And more importantly, you’ll grow closer to the person of Jesus. You’ll find that your relationship and your faith in Him will deepen, as you grow in your understanding of His character, His nature, and the holy commission He’s appointed to us. I believe the gospels teach us how to be more like Jesus as He ministers to the hurting, breaks down parables to his disciples, and beautifully reveals who will inherit the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 5:1-12 NLT).

Study this Book of Instruction continually. Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. - Joshua 1:8 NLT

During this 30-day plan, you’re only scheduled to read three chapters a day, yet more is always encouraged. My prayer is that your time spent with God will grow to become the most precious pursuit of your life.

Remember to begin each reading time with prayer – asking the Holy Spirit to speak to you through God’s word, to help you understand what you’re reading, and for your heart and life to be molded by your time spent with Him.

Below is the simple 30-day plan to help you enjoy all four gospels in just 30 days. You can use this plan for one month or every month of the year! Don’t be hard on yourself if you happen to fall behind, you can simply read a few more chapters a day to catch up! It’s doable and you’ll be able to finish the month successfully! I believe in you.
